Refund policy

To start a return, you can contact us at contact.gallant@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. Up to a 10% restocking/cancelation fee will apply to all orders unless the order was damaged in shipping, you received the wrong item or any other issue that was caused by Gallant Collectibles. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will automatically be charged a 10% restocking/cancelation fee. Damages and Defective Product
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

*We are not responsible for damages, defects/imperfections of shrink wrap/retail packaging or missing items caused by the manufacture unless the contents of the package have been damaged due to shipping. Exceptions / non-returnable items
We will not accept returns for products that has been opened or resealed.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 3 business days of receiving the product. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 1 business day to your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3 to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund payment. Refunds are subject to a 2.5% fee unless there was an issue with your order that was caused by Gallant Collectibles such as a missing or damaged product.
